Sam Burder

Assistant Farm Conservation Adviser

Sam grew up on a countryside estate in Suffolk, developing a keen interest in wildlife.  After graduating Bangor University in 2019 with a BSc Hons in Zoology she took on a range of jobs with Frontier and KWS: from soil sampling and grain sampling to crop breeding assistant.  Sam has also carried out reptile translocations, bat surveys and butterfly surveys.  She has recently obtained her BASIS BETA Conservation Management Certificate with an environmental specialism.  Sam joined FWAG in 2022 and supports the advisers across the southeast region.
